Is my photo good enough?

If our design team cannot work with your photo we will promptly reach out to you to have you send us a new photo. Here are some tips to take a good photo.

  • Photo is well lit, in natural lighting
  • Pets entire face is clear and facing camera. Not cropping out ears, face, neck, etc.
  • Avoid blurry photos or filters. Additionally photos of your pet laying down may be hard to illustrate.

What animals can you illustrate?

From tiny bunnies to large horses we can do it all! if you have any questions regarding the feasibility of illustrating your pet please contact us

Can I make changes to my order

Yes! We offer unlimited revisions to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your portrait.

Do I get a preview of my portrait?

Yes! you will receive a mockup within 1-3 business days after submitting your order. We will make sure that you are satisfied with the design and will make any necessary changed before getting your order shipped.

Do I get the digital file of my portrait?

You will have the option to purchase the digital file of your artwork for an additional $10 at checkout.

What if my order arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please contact us. We will send you a replacement portrait shipped to you free of charge.

How long does shipping take?

You will receive your mockup within 1-3 business days.

Upon approval shipping typically takes 5-8 days.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the customized nature of our product we are unable to offer refunds. Sorry about that.
